Newarc Edge Fitouts delivered a complete turnkey expansion for Dr. Tina Bali’s Rouse Hill Smiles Dental Care — adding two new surgery rooms and fully renovating the staff room and sterilisation room. Building Around a Live Practice
Expanding an operating dental practice without a shutdown is a different construction challenge to a fit-out on an empty site. Newarc Edge sequenced the build to work around the practice’s existing patient schedule, keeping noise, dust, and disruption isolated from areas still seeing patients throughout the project.

Integrated Design
The two new surgery rooms needed to match the existing practice seamlessly — clinical workflow, finishes, and aesthetics all had to feel like a natural extension of the current space, not a visibly bolted-on addition. The staff room and sterilisation room renovations were designed and sequenced alongside the new rooms as one coordinated project.
