Chadstone Shopping Centre, VIC — 2024
The largest National Dental Care project to date: a 7-surgery-room dental practice built from the ground up inside Chadstone Shopping Centre, one of Australia’s biggest retail environments. Delivered within an 8-week program, the project required exceptional coordination with centre management to build at this scale inside a major operating shopping centre without disrupting the surrounding retail precinct.

Ashfield, NSW — Renovated 2021
A full renovation of an established National Dental Care practice in Ashfield, delivered to bring the site in line with the group’s current design and clinical standards.

Hurstville, NSW — Renovated 2021
Alongside Ashfield, Newarc Edge completed a full renovation of the Hurstville practice in the same year, reflecting the group’s program of upgrading existing sites across Sydney.

Lismore, NSW — Renovated 2022
A complete renovation of the Lismore practice, extending National Dental Care’s consistent standard of care into regional NSW.

Erina, NSW — 5 Surgery Rooms, Renovated 2023
A larger-scale renovation delivering five fully renovated surgery rooms at the Erina practice on the Central Coast, one of the more substantial renovation projects completed within the partnership.
